You’re eligible for:
- Tax Credits: Entitles you to a 25% credit against state tax liability for qualified investment.
- Financial Assistance: The public sector captures state and local income taxes and gross retail taxes paid within the district, and pledges these funds to assist in infrastructure, construction build-out, site development, and other incentives.
