The 11-acre IEC siteplan is divided into three sustainably designed areas.
The Restored Riparian Corridor includes native plantings and beautifully restored Clear Creek. The Interior Circulation Zone includes a large, permeable surface parking lot. The Urban Zone contains Gold level LEED-certified buildings surrounded by additional native plantings. Building One is due to be completed in December 2009.
